NAMI is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.. They offer hope and the promise that you are not alone and they back it up with free, mental health support, and education. I will be speaking and Walking at NAMIWalks Greater Los Angeles County Mental Health Fest & 3k this year to support NAMI's efforts and help end the stigma associated with mental illness.
